We will line up a video chat to meet during our initial consultation. This is YOUR time to share your vision! No question is off limits, and we will explain the entire process to you. This chat also gives us the ability to get to know one another. A vibe check. Afterall, you will work extremely close with your Destination Wedding Travel Advisor, and you want to make sure your personalities are a solid fit.
We then get busy on researching the myriad of options, based on your desires and present the resort options and sample pricing to you for your review. Once you select your ideal resort, we will introduce you to the wedding planning team on location, and lock in the wedding date, time, venue and get that room block started!
Now, we are on our way! Our IT team will create a personalized mini booking site for you and your crew! This site will contain all details for seamless booking for you and your guests.
We will guide you on what to include on your Save the Dates or Invitations to make the booking process easy breezy for your guests.
As the wedding date gets closer, the fine details will be planned. Think…90 days prior to the ceremony date. We know that seems crazy, but trust us. Our resort wedding experts have this down to a science, and this time is ample to customize your wedding package and fine tune all the details. We will be by your side, copied in on all emails, and on any calls with your wedding coordinator to ensure your vision is being executed. Yes…we get a little protective of our bridal couples!
Guests will all have clear, easy to understand confirmations and invoices sent via email to them, from us. We are available for phone chat’s if needed, and ready to answer any and all questions from your guests.
Approximately 3 weeks prior to travel, you and your guests will receive Travel Documents with an audio visual link, to explain everything! Going to a foreign country feeling confident is key to kick starting a great getaway, and giving your guests that may not travel frequently that confidence is our pleasure!
